Pricing FAQ

What counts as an appointment?+

An appointment is any booked session between you and a client, regardless of duration or service type. Cancelled or no-show appointments do not count toward your monthly limit.

Can I switch plans anytime?+

Yes. You can switch plans at any time, and upgrades take effect right away so you get the new features immediately.

What happens if I exceed my appointment limit?+

We will notify you when you are approaching your limit. You can upgrade to the next tier at any time. We will never cancel or block your existing appointments.

Is there a limit on intake forms?+

There is no monthly send limit on any plan. Brook and River let you keep 3 form types, for example a general intake and a prenatal one, each pointed at its own session types. Fjord lets you keep as many form types as you need. Reminders are free, and a client's signed form is always accepted.

Do I need a credit card to start?+

No. Everyone starts on the Brook plan, which is free forever with no credit card required. You can run your full practice on it and upgrade to River or Fjord anytime if you need more.

Do all plans include the same features?+

Each plan builds on the one before it. Brook includes the essentials to run your practice: online booking, Google Calendar sync, client records and import, intake forms, session notes, and payment tracking. River adds SMS reminders, AI SOAP notes, saved Patient Books, and a lower card fee. Fjord includes everything plus unlimited appointments, unlimited intake form types, API access, and priority support.
