What counts as an appointment?+
An appointment is any booked session between you and a client, regardless of duration or service type. Cancelled or no-show appointments do not count toward your monthly limit.
Can I switch plans anytime?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my appointment limit?+
We will notify you when you are approaching your limit. You can upgrade to the next tier at any time. We will never cancel or block your existing appointments.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?+
The Brook plan is free forever — no trial needed. If you want to try River or Fjord features, we offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.
