Pricing FAQ

What counts as an appointment?+

An appointment is any booked session between you and a client, regardless of duration or service type. Cancelled or no-show appointments do not count toward your monthly limit.

Can I switch plans anytime?+

Yes. You can switch plans at any time, and upgrades take effect right away so you get the new features immediately.

What happens if I exceed my appointment limit?+

We will notify you when you are approaching your limit. You can upgrade to the next tier at any time. We will never cancel or block your existing appointments.

Do I need a credit card to start?+

No. Everyone starts on the Brook plan, which is free forever with no credit card required. You can run your full practice on it and upgrade to River or Fjord anytime if you need more.

Do all plans include the same features?+

Each plan builds on the one before it. Brook includes all the essentials to run your practice. River adds SMS notifications and more. Fjord includes everything plus unlimited appointments, API access, and priority support.
