Will my clients figure out the online booking?
Easily. Riverd's client-facing booking flow is clean, mobile-first, and takes under 2 minutes to complete. No account creation required, clients just need their name, email, and phone number. Most practitioners find their clients prefer it over calling.
Can I import my existing client list?
Yes. Export your client list from your current tool as a CSV and upload it on the Import page in your Riverd dashboard, up to 500 clients per file. Each client's name, email, phone, and next appointment come across. Past visits, SOAP notes, and intake forms do not import, so keep a copy from your old tool.
Is my client data secure?
All client data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Your clinical notes are private, and no one else using Riverd can reach them. Riverd is not a HIPAA-covered entity, and you stay responsible for your own regulatory compliance. For specific HIPAA questions, consult your compliance advisor.
