Coming from Schedulicity?
Vagaro has acquired Schedulicity. Schedulicity.com now forwards to a Vagaro page headed "Schedulicity is now Vagaro," and Schedulicity's founder, Jerry Nettuno, told a Vagaro interviewer that "the Schedulicity name will be going away."
Vagaro says "all settings and appointments are imported" for Schedulicity businesses. It has not said anything publicly about client records, session notes, or payment history, and neither company has published a shutdown date. Ask Vagaro support what came across before you rely on it, and export anything you cannot afford to lose.
Schedulicity sold one plan: $34.99 a month for a solo provider, with every tool included. Vagaro's base plan is $23.99 a month for the first six months, and intake forms, a website, and its AI receptionist are billed on top. The table above compares Riverd with Vagaro as it is sold today.
