Riverd was born to clear the path. Named after the constant, renewing flow of a river, we are building a home for solo practitioners, a sanctuary where technology stays out of the way of the human part of the work.

Privacy

Your clients, your notes, and your bookings belong to your account alone. No other practitioner on Riverd can reach them, and the database enforces that separation rather than the screen hiding it. Traffic between you and Riverd runs over an encrypted connection, and your records sit on encrypted storage at our database provider. Riverd's AI never listens: no microphone, no recording, no transcription.

Paid Into Your Own Account

Economics

Riverd never adds a surcharge to your client's checkout and never takes a percentage of your bookings. Card payments run through your own Square account for a flat fee per charge, a dollar on the free plan and less as you move up. Twenty appointments a month, free, no credit card.

Is my client data secure on Riverd?+

What is the Patient Book feature?+
The Patient Book is a private, per-client book of anatomical body maps, drawing pages, and writing pages. Brook includes up to 3 saved books; River and Fjord include unlimited saved books.
Does Riverd use AI?+
Yes. Reed, Riverd's AI, drafts your practice page and service list from your links, changes your intake form when you ask, and turns the summary you type after a session into a SOAP note. It runs only when you press one of its buttons or type a request, or when an app you gave an API key, or an assistant you connected, asks for a SOAP draft, if you switched that on for it. Anything it writes stays yours to change.
How much does Riverd cost?+
Riverd's Brook plan is free forever and includes booking, client records, payment tracking, email confirmations, Google Calendar sync, a public storefront, and AI SOAP notes using monthly AI credits, up to 20 appointments per month. River ($39/mo, billed annually) adds text reminders to US and Canadian mobile numbers and more AI credits, with up to 50 appointments. Fjord ($49/mo, billed annually) offers unlimited appointments and advanced analytics. No credit card required to start.
Can I customize my practice page?+
Yes. Every practitioner gets a fully customizable public practice page with their own URL (e.g. riverd.app/pro/your-name). You can set your branding colors, hero images, about text, philosophy, services, and more, all without any coding.
Is Riverd available in my country?+
Riverd is built for wellness practitioners anywhere with internet access. Riverd supports multiple time zones and works in any country where you practice.
How do I get started with Riverd?+
