Clients book online, reminders send themselves, and every visit gets a private note on the client's record that only you can read. Session notes are one open text field, so you set your own format for pattern differentiation, treatment principle, or however you chart. On the River plan, AI can reformat a session summary into a Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan note. Client intake forms are included on every plan, filled and signed by the client on their phone before the first visit, and available to US practices at launch. There are still no TCM-specific templates, for the intake form or the note, so the pattern-differentiation structure stays yours to set.
