Can I edit the notes after the AI generates them?+
Absolutely. The AI provides a starting point in the editor. You have full control to add, remove, or modify any part of the note before finalizing and locking it.
Which plan includes AI SOAP notes?+
AI SOAP note generation is included on the River plan at $39/mo. Brook (free) practitioners can preview the feature in marketing pages but note creation is gated to River and above. Usage limits may apply to prevent abuse.
Are AI SOAP notes acceptable for insurance documentation?+
AI-generated SOAP notes are a starting point, not a final clinical record. You must review, edit, and sign off on every note before it becomes part of your official documentation. When you do that, the note reflects your professional judgment — the AI just handled the formatting. Most insurers care about the accuracy and completeness of the note, not how it was formatted.
