Clients book themselves

Your own booking page, with your services, hours, and no-show policy. Clients pick a time and get a confirmation and a reminder by email; on River and Fjord the reminder also goes by text to US and Canadian numbers.

SOAP notes finished before the next client

Type or paste a few lines after the session and Reed, Riverd's AI assistant, drafts the SOAP note for you to edit. Riverd never listens: there is no microphone, no recording, and no transcription.

Intake forms signed on their phone

Send the intake form by email and the client fills it in and signs it before the first session. It lands in their record, next to their notes and payment history.

One record per client

What happens if I cancel?
The discount ends with the subscription. Your account goes back to Brook and keeps your clients, notes, and bookings. If you subscribe again later, redeem the discount the same way.
Do you check that I am an AMTA member?
No. Riverd does not check membership. The code is self-attested: by using it you confirm that you are a current AMTA member.
