I am offering in person and telehealth options. I work with individuals struggling with eating disorders from ages 17 and up that have motivation to change and are willing to provide open and honest communication about their needs. I am here to support you in your goals to the best of my ability.

I take an individualized approach to care, no two people are alike and everyone has different goals. I use a combination of validating your experiences, exposure work and embodiment practices to help support your process.

Your experiences are valid and it is important that you have space to share your fears and anxieties. I am here to give you a judgement free space and align with your wants as you move through your recovery.
