It is my passion and purpose to empower people to create and maintain a healthy lifestyle through nutrition, stress management, movement, and healthy relationships. I believe that everyone is unique in their approach to nutrition and I offer my clients the right tools, knowledge and strategies to help them overcome obstacles and regain their health. As as seasoned nutritionist I have worked with a wide range of people from executives and parents to athletes and performing artists, and anyone who loves to eat and wants to learn. My whole foods therapeutic approach and targeted supplemental use are the key to my practice.
I am a trained whole foods chef and lead my practice with a food as medicine approach to health. I explain the whys and hows behind nutrition and connect those issues to each client's specific needs and health status. I offer an evidence-based, science backed approach in my plans that meet each client where ever they are at in their health journey.
Using compassion and encouragement I ask the questions your doctor or other providers haven't asked you. I focus on creating a health partnership with each of my clients and support them to become stewards of their own health. I consider the whole person and the entirety of their life to form a plan that is achievable and offers real results.
