Personal Trainer Overview
Evolve Bootcamp Outdoor Workouts: are highly crafted workouts that offer a variety of movements to keep things FUN for clients looking for either group, semi-private or private training.
Clients are encouraged to develop skills as they adapt and master various levels of exercises.
Most all workouts will begin with a warm-up followed by dynamic stretching.
Plan to learn how to use medicine balls, free weights, resistance bands, undulating ropes, kettlebells and your own body weight (sometimes your partners).
Expect high energy relay races, heart pumping cardio respiratory drills, interval based calisthenics, obstacle courses, circuit training, and plyometrics! Expect to reduce body fat, build muscle, increase speed, agility, coordination and stamina.
Expect to finish strong with Pilates and Yoga based cool downs for core strength and flexibility. But most of all, you will receive the support of your fellow fitness enthusiasts and your coach who will keep you motivated and inspired by pushing you beyond your comfort zone boosting your overall fitness level to new heights!

Evolve Bootcamp was founded in 2009
having one primary mission:
To take you beyond primitive indoor fitness programs so you evolve into the ultimate version of yourself ....body, health and spirit !
Fitness is not just about weight loss! (that only lasts for one month) It's about long term life changing results. The goal is to build the client inside and out in a holistic fashion that encompasses a positive change that empowers the entirety of their life.
When clients realize there is nothing more energizing than running in open fields, up and down hills, breathing fresh air, gaining a sense of oneself that is unshakable while they maintain and achieve greater stamina, endurance, agility, balance, mobility, flexibility, muscle tone and inner and out strength.... well then, my job is complete!
Its a privilege to assist a client in enjoying an enhanced sense of freedom in natural movement as they evolve !

Bio
In 2009, after the urging of her students, Shelley Devine started Evolve Bootcamp on the Boston Common. She has been offering dynamic classes there ever since becoming a 2012 & 2013 AWARD WINNER for BEST BOOTCAMP on Boston's A-List.
Since 2005, Shelley has been trusted as the only female trainer at Sityodtong, a legendary Boston Muay Thai & MMA Academy, having worked privately with UFC fighters including Kenny Florian, Gorge Gurgel, Marcus Davis and Patrick Cote as well as students. She provided vigorous warm up Yoga postures to stretch and strengthen as well as assist in the prevention of injury as well as instruction in the fundamentals of Muay Thai boxing.
Shelley also began Boston Women's Muay Thai. A woman’s fitness Muay Thai training class that included proper technique in striking, foot work, kicking while adding in a bootcamp style strength and conditioning workout to help advance women's mixed martial arts.
In 2010 Shelley had the pleasure of teaching internationally in Singapore at the elite Evolve MMA alongside Muay Thai Conservator Master Kru Toy from Sityodtong, Thailand. where she was well received by amateur as well as professional athletes.
In 2007 to 2009 Shelley was site manager and taught as a year round outdoor fitness trainer for Ultimate Bootcamp.
In 2004 Shelley was owner/founder of The Garden of Yoga in Dedham, MA. where she taught various style yoga classes. Later her teaching extended to Roslindale Yoga and other gyms throughout the Boston area.
She also Co-Founded Yoga for Peace Boston in 2007 and served on the Board of Directors for Global Mala Yoga for Peace Boston in 2008 & 2009.
For the past ten years, Shelley has been working to improve the lives of many dedicated Boston residents.
