Personal Trainer Overview
With over 30 yrs of experience, I know that I can help individuals to achieve and reach their goals so that they can maintain a healthy lifestyle. I also have nutritional products to help you achieve faster results.
Training Philosophy
I believe in weight training, super setting to increase and burn fat. I also will evaluate the individual to asess the proper training for their specific needs. I feel that cardio is a big factor in weight loss and also increases your cardiovascular.I'm currently up to date on the latest training techniques.
Education
I have attended many educationl fitness seminars which include Stanford. I have also worked with various training institutions that would support my training capabilities.
Bio
I have been woking out since I was thirteen yrs old, and have not stopped training to this day. I also have three children and two play collegete sports while the other is a dancer. I haved trained my son who is a middle linebacker for StoneHill College and is currently a sophmore. With my training he has a great shot to start this year. I have also trained my daughter who currently is a soccer player at Johnson and Wales college.
