Personal Trainer Overview

I use a combination of strength training and cardiovascular training to help my clients achieve their goals. I offer each client an individualized approach and tailor their program to their specific needs and goals.

Training Philosophy

I believe that achieving your fitness goals should fit in with your lifestyle. Everyone is different, so I work with my clients to find what style of training fits in with their way of living. Health and fitness should be something that is attainable and maintainable and I believe that any fitness goal should be realistic. Health and fitness is a lifestyle and should be one that doesn't cause you worry or stress. It should be a process that is enjoyed!

Bio

I am a wife and mother to 2 boys, ages 2 Years and 3 months. I grew up with 5 older siblings and am very family oriented! I absolutely love being a part of a large family and am very fortunate to have a great relationship with them all. I enjoy reading, watching Netflix, going for hikes, spending days at the beach, participating in Tough Mudders and road races and the list goes on! I am a boarder line coffee-aholic and enjoy cooking healthy foods (and some not-so-healthy). I try to live every day to the fullest because I know that tomorrow is no guarantee.
