Lauren provides 1:1 medical nutrition therapy through a non-diet lens. Lauren is passionate about providing nutrition recommendations to empower individuals to enjoy foods they love in a realistic and balanced way, specific to their needs and lifestyle. She utilizes evidence-based research to help clients sort out the correct nutrition information from the myth. Lauren has experience working both the inpatient and outpatient settings seeing clients with a variety of health conditions. Lauren is comfortable working with clients working to heal disordered eating, improve GI symptoms, and support PCOS/endometriosis.

Lauren Grieco is a licensed registered dietitian who graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Human Biology with a concentration in Human Health and Disease. Lauren received her master’s in Medical Dietetics from The Ohio State University. Lauren also received a certificate from The MONASH university in the low FODMAP diet for IBS support.

Lauren practices from a nonjudgemental and sustainable approach where clients feel comfortable to ask questions, increase nutrition knowledge, and improve symptoms.
