We know how hard it can be to take care of yourself in a busy life, have plenty of energy, and feel healthy. We focus on manageable, sustainable changes that will work based on your schedule, strengths, and goals to help you establish a healthy diet. Also, as needed, helping you build other habits of a healthy routine, such as better sleep habits, exercise, and stress management.
OneStep is compromised of two providers. Sammi is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. Victoria is a life coach (and licensed therapist). With our over 15 years experience, we can help you develop healthy habits for targeted goals (i.e. losing weight) and more general goals (i.e. to live a healthier, happier life).
