Rather than looking for a quick fix, I help my patients implement ways to accomplish their health and body composition goals that are non-restrictive, balanced, and backed by science. Whether it’s diet, fitness or both, I ensure my patients have the tools they need to feel successful.
As a personal trainer, I create efficient & effective workout programs for my patients. My counseling sessions consist of educating on the science & physiology of macronutrients, concepts pertaining to digestion & absorption, meal composition/portion control, psychological factors impacting nutrition habits/cravings, & developing a physical activity regimen.
Our hectic & already overwhelming lifestyles often prevent us from regularly exercising & eating a nutrient dense & balanced diet. It's impossible to feel energized, in control, confident, & productive without science-based knowledge, direction, accountability, & consistency.
