I offer nutrition therapy with a specialty and passion for treating disordered eating, digestive issues, diabetes, dietary restrictions, and ADHD. I am passionate about helping individuals improve their overall health (physically and mentally) as we also explore the WHY behind current eating patterns and emotions related to food and exercise.
Figuring out how to individually nourish your body with the "right" food and movement may feel confusing, or impossible at times but it doesn’t have to be. It is possible to find food freedom, while also nourishing your body and improving your overall health, through nutrition, joyful movement, and other forms of self care, that works uniquely for you.
