About
Hi! I’m Jenni. I am a foodie, kitchen enthusiast and lover-of-all-things biology. Combining those things led me to pursue an education in nutrition and dietetics. My own experiences with diet culture and disordered eating influenced my first years as a dietitian working with those in recovery from eating disorders and disordered eating. As I’ve progressed in my career my passion remains around supporting individuals in healing their relationship with food but also has expanded to include family nutrition – learning how to feed you or your family in a way that is enjoyable, affordable, and in line with your values and health goals.
I believe nutrition is incredibly nuanced and never a one-size-fits-all. I am so grateful I found the paradigms of Health at Every Size and intuitive eating and use the tenants of each to inform and guide my practice, alongside evidence-based nutrition. Through counseling, education, and exposure, I support individuals in breaking free from rigid food rules.
I support individuals in rejecting unhelpful beliefs and unrealistic expectations, helping you to turn inwards towards body cues and intuition and apply evidence-based science. Together we will identify routines and structure, time management skills, and more to ensure nutrition changes are effective, attainable and sustainable.
