I hold a Bachelors of Science and a Masters of Science in Biology. I use a variety of techniques integratively to provide a custom treatment plan for my clients. I am licensed in three states (KY, TN and NC), completed Medical Massage certification and Medicupping certification. I also am Pilates and Yoga teacher trained with YoMassage training. I'm also a certified Personal Trainer and completed nutrition training.
