I graduated from the Center for Massage and Natural Health in the summer of 2020, and have been practicing massage since September 2020 at Sachi Spa in Asheville. I incorporate a wide range of techniques and styles into my massage approach. These include Dynamic NMT, PNF, Positional Release, and Myofascial Release.
