Hello! I am a NC licensed massage and bodywork therapist.I strive to provide each client with a customized treatment to fit their needs. I have a deep love and respect for massage and how it positively impacts each and every client I work with. After graduating from the Center For Massage & Natural Health in 2007 I began working for the Grove Park Inn Resort & Spa, and stayed in some compacity until March 2020. After having my 1st child I began working independently at Spa Materna- specializing in pre & post-natal care, Mars Hill Massage Therapy- working with Jade Stones and Bamboo, Cosmic Groove North-working primarily with Chiropractic clients, and Reflexology, I also called Asheville Community Yoga home and absolutely loved my time there in the healing arts center. I share a practice at Salon 17 and have a private practice in Arden. My modalities include: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Pre & Post-Natal Massage, Reflexology, Reiki Level 1 & 2, and Cranial Sacral and Cupping.
