Amanda Reid

I am located in the beautiful city of Asheville NC. My passion is health and wellness and the continuous journey of always learning. I believe our bodies and souls are capable of great resiliency and that our bodies are always looking for our best interests. I practice a variety of bodywork, Massage, NMT, Integrative Manual Therapy, Nervous system integration, and other modalities. I am trauma informed and offer a safe space for all. There is great joy and satisfaction for me in connecting with clients and listening to what a body really needs in that moment.
