I specialize in Shiatsu, Thai and Chinese Medical Bodywork - including but not limited to: tui na, gua sha, cupping, moxibustion, hara abdominal massage, auricular massage and ear seeds, essential oils and more. I’ve been a massage therapist since 2012 and am passionate about helping people unlock their own healing powers through somatic practices such as movement-based bodywork as well as breathwork and intuitive movement. I have just completed my masters degree coursework in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine and plan to be licensed in the next few months! Prior to starting acupuncture school in 2020 I had also been a birth and postpartum doula - I still am a Spinning Babies practitioner and love supporting pregnant and birthing people in that way!
