I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor for the past 12 years. I have offices in Tarrytown, NY and Mohegan Lake, NY. I have experience working with Cancer Survivors as well as people in recovery, recovering from injuries, chronic pain and stress relief. I offer Deep Tissue, Swedish, Therapeutic and Table Thai Massage/Passive Stretching, Jin Shin Jyutsu and Reiki. I can combine modalities in order to tailor a session to the needs of the individual. I practice mindfulness, meditation and yoga which has been a great help in my work.
