Healing takes place on many levels.As your Massage Therapist I am aware of this and as I work with your body, I know that I am also working with a whole, complex, many layered person. During a session there is space for emotions, insights and continued direction from you. You are the expert on your body and being, and guidance for a session comes first and foremost from you—my own knowledge and attentive, intuitive skills work alongside that. Energy work can be integrated into a session as well. I do not do deep tissue sessions.I offer relaxation sessions that assist deeper connection to Self.
