I have been in practice for 20 years and specialize in deep tissue, trigger point and myofascial therapies, having worked in chiropractic in my early years.I am a certified perinatal massage practitioner as of 2007.I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and am very happy to now offer this profoundly integrating stress and trauma resolution therapy.I also practice Somatic Experiencing Touch Therapy and am happy to offer SE bodywork to those looking for relief from short or long term challenges with an aim to greater health, vitality and wellness.
