I believe that everyone can benefit from massage, mind body and soul. Massage is not a luxury, it is a beneficial complement to other health care therapies. I enjoy working with a client to figure out their issues, needs and how I can help using the power of therapeutic massage. I like to incorporate stretching and release techniques to help a client get the maximum benefit from their massage. I also love to do energy healing. Energy work is a way for me to help you heal down to a cellular level that cannot be reached with physical touch. If you would like to know more about Reiki and energy work I would be more than happy to answer any questions.
