My goal is to help you feel better. I enjoy seeing people come out of a massage relaxed, happy, and thankful (often a little sleepy as well). Massages are great for relaxation and healing. I adjust each session to my clients needs. So if you want extra time on certain areas like shoulders and low back, or if you have an issue like frozen shoulder you want me to focus on, then that's what I'm going to do.
