Heather Marie Sanchez

Heather M Sanchez, LMT, CSMT. I am a licensed massage therapist and have been practicing massage since 2021. My work experience includes therapeutic and prenatal massage in an education setting, self employment and chiropractic offices in the Killeen area. As a massage therapist and amateur athlete I have long been interested in how the body works and recovers using the traditional healing practices for athletes specifically. Working with Pro and Semi- Pro athletes on a regular basis further drives my seal about the benefits of massage therapy. Helping bodies to relax, recover and heal after a hard training session is an art and passion project. I am very sincere about people living pain free lives and able to function at their highest abilities with the proper recover and prevention practices massage therapy can offer. I specialize in several massage modalities including Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Prenatal, Scraping, Pre and post even Sports massage, Joint Mobility, Cupping, Hot Stones and Classical Swedish Massage. In addition to practicing massage therapy, I very much enjoy raising my three children, Practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and creating art with Charcoal, Graphite and Paint.
