When it comes to massage, I incorporate a blend of techniques. My preferences are myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, stretching, and Swedish. I also provide cupping, scraping, kinesio taping, hot stones, and hydrotherapy.Each session is customized for the client because one size does NOT fit all. I am able to accommodate most pain related needs or simply provide relaxation. I have worked with terminally ill clients to professional athletes. Moreover, I have worked in many settings such as a chain spa, med spa, private spa, mobile massage therapy, chiropractor office, and chair massage events.
