Established my practice in 2010. My sessions incorporate Relaxation with Recovery techniques. The majority of my clients are in the fitness or Health and wellness industry so my experience is with active people of all levels and ages. HighSchool Athletes to Senior Half Marathon runners. My office environment is relaxing and my sessions are therapeutic. This is a private practice so we are free to customize each session according to my clients needs and moods.
