I've been a massage therapist for 12 years. During that time, I have earned a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and my master's degree in Sports Injury Management. I'm deeply passionate about massage, health, and wellness. I specialize in deep tissue, sports massage, cupping, and stretching. I customize the sessions to meet the individual's needs. I believe it's important to educate the clients, so that they are aware of how essential it is to maintain a functional and active life due to the benefits of receiving massages on a continual basis.
