Hey Hey 👋 I have such an extensive background in higher education and trainings that its just too much to type.All in all, spent time in Beijing, China and studied at the Beijing Sports University and obtained my Masters in Sports Medicine, the following year obtained a second Masters in Organizational Leadership and have been practicing massage for over 20+ years. My mission in 2025 is to help individuals bridge the gap between eastern (holistic) and western (sports) medicine in order to live a more holistic healthier lifestyle; as well as providing service providers to help create healthier clean andorganized home and work environments.I am a freelance contractor; providing onsite and/or virtual wellness consultancy/coaching, massage therapy, dynamic stretch therapy and personal training for D.
