Caroline Padgett

Helping people through Massage Therapy is my passion. It all started when I was just a little girl, walking on my dad's back after he got home from a hard day at work. In grade school I would always hug my friends and rub their shoulders between classes. It was no surprise to my parents when I told them I wanted to go to massage school. I was delighted to discover how deep you can dive into the world of therapeutic massage. The variety of techniques and styles in this field are nearly infinite. My goal is to learn as much I can about massage so that I can give the best therapy possible to each client. I primarily use modalities that have solid scientific backing, but at the same time remain open to new options and innovations. There is always something new to learn. I do my best to educate each person that steps into my therapy room about what kind of massage will work best for their body.
