In the end of 2017 my son Theo was diagnosed with Autism. He later was diagnosed with PANDAS (Pediatric Autoimmune Neuro-Psychiatric Disorder Associated with Streptoccocal Infection). We quickly learned that he has a hard time detoxing. The MTHFR Gene is the major gene in charge of detoxifying our bodies. He has a mutation that doesn't detox correctly. We made it a family goal to live healthier and to help Theo in any way that we can. That is why I took the Functional Medicine Coaching Certification and the Yoga 200 HR Certification. Total Wellness is so important to our family. Theo is happier and does better when we are all healthier.We know what it is like to have addictions to sugar and candy. We know what it is like to be stressed and overwhelmed. We have to take time to take care of ourselves in order to take care of others.
