I am on a mission to help women 40 and over find answers to questions such as "How can I find a life of balance and optimal health and wellness?" "What happened to the real me?" "What is my purpose in life and how do I find it?" "What brings my joy and and makes me feel valuable?" "These questions get answered as women learn how to regain their health, and activate their strengths, talents, value, and purpose by focusing on body, mind, & spirit.It took 50 years and one near-death experience for me to achieve a healthy and well-balanced life. I was stuck in a life I didn't purposefully create, was tired, stressed, angry, and lived a life without purpose or passion. Basically,I had lost my mojo and thoughtI needed to accept life as it was because I was too old to change anything.With hard work,I got here; to a life, I could never have imagined!I reinvented my own life into one far beyond anything I dreamed of.The path was not always straight or easy, but my soul knew I would eventually get here andI knew I had to help other women who were also struggling with the same issues I had.I would he honored to help you get to a life you could never have imagined as well!-Joni
