I found a common denominator within my client base -- chronic inflammation! This led me to explore the world of Functional Medicine and eventually led to my joining FMCA to become a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach. The beauty of functional medicine is the quest to get to the ROOT CAUSE of a person's underlying health issue -- not simply mask a symptom (chronic inflammation? autoimmune disorder?, thyroid disorder?) but uncover the WHY of your dis-ease.
