Hello there! I'm coach Jess. I graduated FMCA August 2023. I'm a mom of two grown up girls, four fur babies and have two granddaughters. My husband of more than 20yrs and I live in cute little house in the country where we like to feed and admire our "outside pets". We both believe in nourishing our bodies with wholesome food and staying active to help keep us young. My mission is to empower women 40+ with the knowledge that they can change their health.What does a health coach do? I mostly listen, but I also ask a lot of questions. The important thing to know is you're in charge. I'm your navigator, but you're the driver. I'm here to help you figure out what works for you. Together we will find the way to achieve goals with behavior changes.Why am I a health Coach? When I was about 11, my mom was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. Even then I could see the connection between what my mom ate and how her lifestyle affected how she felt. Now I have the ability to help other women feel better so they can live better. It's important to me to share that with other women who are ready to reclaim their health. Often, as women we spend much of our lives taking care of others and putting our own needs on hold. As families grown up and children need us less, we find the need to start making our own self-care a priority again. Then we wonder where to start, it can be overwhelming. I'm here to help you see the power you have within yourself to make changes and feel better. I want to help you grow and cheer you on. Then you can get back to doing the things you love with your family. This is my ultimate goal as a health coach.Talk to you soon, Jess
