Coach in Tandem exists as a place of hope for my clients to feel at home; a place to take a moment, or many moments, to rest, breathe, and take stock. Whether in-person or virtually, a person who chooses to work with me will envision themselves on the front seat of their tandem bike, making personal destination decisions and steering toward their desired wellness goals. I assist from the back seat with navigation, pedal power, and encouragement, all the while accepting with compassion my client's needed pace, possible course correction, and driving style.  To feel well for life, while pursuing wellness of mind, body, and spirit is my deepest desire for my client.  Several family members of mine experience autoimmunity, which causes me to continually learn and stay up to date on the science, tools, and modalities shown to improve health and decrease symptoms. Since 2020, about every third person I work with is challenged with an autoimmune condition. One of my greatest joys is sharing the hope that nourishment and lifestyle changes offer and the improvements they yield, and then witnessing a person's transformation before my eyes.  I speak English.
