Hi! I’m Melanie Snyder, a Health Educator, Certified Integrative Health Coach, and Certified Autoimmune Protocol Coach. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Health Education. I spent over 20+ years working with individuals on a wide variety of health concerns and after my journey with Celiac Disease, chronic inflammation, and infertility, I decided to further my education and become a Certified Integrative Health Coach and Certified Autoimmune Protocol Coach. I found the Autoimmune Protocol in 2014 and it helped me turn my health around and learn the tools I needed to take charge of my health. I am also the co-host of "AIP Coaches: Ask Us Anything", a live online monthly Q & A and open discussion event. Navigating through autoimmune diseases can be tricky, overwhelming, complex, and empowering. I created Melanie Snyder Wellness to help others cut through the overwhelm and equip them with the skills and tools needed to become their own advocates and take charge of their health. I create customized plans based on individual needs and life circumstances and empower people to reconnect to their bodies and restore balance through nutrition and lifestyle choices including restorative sleep, body movement, stress management, mindfulness and meditation, cultivating joy, and connection.
