Can I apply a percentage discount to a session?+

Yes. Apply percentage or fixed-amount discounts per session. The discount is tracked separately from the list price so your financial records stay clean.

What happens if I accidentally overcharge a client?+

Open More payment options on the session and choose Delete this record on the payment you entered by mistake. It stays in the list marked Deleted, so the record of what happened is never erased. Deleting a record is different from a refund: it cleans up a wrong entry, and no money is returned.

Can I refund more than what was collected?+

No. Riverd won't let you refund more than you took or charge a client twice, so you can't lose money to a slip of the finger. The numbers stay right on their own.
