Does Reed do anything on its own?
No. Each of Reed's tools runs when you press its button or type a request, and you decide what to keep. None of them can book a session, charge a card, or message a client. An intake form change reaches clients only after you publish it, and a SOAP note draft stays in your notes box, where you can edit it or press Undo.
The intake editor shows how that works day to day. You type something like "add a question about neck injuries", Reed makes the change and saves it to your form's draft, and an Undo button sits beside it if the change is not what you meant.
