Is Riverd free for health coaches?

Can I offer free discovery calls and paid coaching as separate booking types?
Yes. Create as many session types as you need, free discovery calls, single coaching sessions, or longer engagements, each with its own duration and price. Clients pick the right one when they book.See full pricing →
Does Riverd handle payment processing for my coaching packages?
Riverd is not the payment processor and never holds your money. You can connect your own Square account so clients save a card when they book, then you charge that saved card for the session yourself, with the money going straight to you. Riverd runs the charge you make and takes a flat per-transaction fee ($1 on the free Brook plan, $0.50 on River, $0.25 on Fjord). You can also keep logging payments collected any other way, such as a separate payment app or bank transfer, in the same place.
Can I keep private notes on each client's progress?
Yes. Every client has a private profile where you can log session notes, goals, and habit progress over time. Notes are stored encrypted and stay private to your practice: clients never see them, and no other practitioner on Riverd can read them.
Can clients book directly from my Instagram bio?
Yes. You get a clean, shareable practice page URL you can add to your Instagram bio, website, or link-in-bio tool. Clients book without creating an account.
