Personal Trainer Overview
NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Competitive powerlifter competing in the 220 pound open class. Working with a wide range of clients including athletes, bodybuilders and bikini/physique competitors, powerlifters, and people who just want to improve body composition or get into better cardiorespiratory shape. Skilled in helping clients increase strength, increase lean mass, burn fat, improve athletic performance, or improve cardiorespiratory performance. Clients who sign up to train with me will receive unlimited one-on-one training sessions, thorough fitness assessments, nutritional guidance, unlimited contact with me through text and email, and professionally designed training programs. You will also receive free weekly yoga classes, bootcamp class, and cycling class through our facility.
