Rising Tide Fitness is an outsource personal training service created to promote a healthy lifestyle through exercise and nutritional modification.

Training Philosophy

Transform your body and change your health. My approach is based on basic movement pattern. We live in a society where we sit more and move less. I look at the body as a whole. I use free weights, cardio, strength, flexibility training to help my clients achieve their goals. Basically, your goals become my goals.

Education

I have a Bachelor Svience and hold multiple certifications with the leading organizations in the United States.

Bio

I am a marthon runner and I began my fitness career 10 years ago. Since then, I have become certified with the industry's leading organizations and also worked with NCAA Div. I College athletes and a NYC Cross Country H.S team.
