Personal Trainer Overview
I use different techniques depending on the person. The same roultine for a post myocardial event patient wouldn't be the same for an sport specific athlete.
Training Philosophy
I believe in providing sessions that works you hard enough to stimulate change, but not so much as if I were a drill instructor. Each session will be challenging, and yes perhaps even fun. Free weights, machines, core exercises all will be implemented to keep the sessions as diverse as possible. Nothing is worse than coming to the gym with the feeling of boredom or being stagnant.
