Personal Trainer Overview
I do meditation for 20 minutes everyday. Then proceed to stretch from head to toe everyday for 25-30 minutes. I do martial arts 3-5 days per week kicks,jabs,blocks and punches. I workout with weights either free or universal 3 days per week.I play ice hockey 2 times per week. I have plenty of patience and very motivated.
Training Philosophy
I am a firm believer in positivity that is 25% of the workout.Next is motivation-which is equally important.Through meditation,stretching,martial artsand yoga and plenty of patience and experience I will help you reach your plateau of losing weight,strength and conditioning or just looking and feeling good regardless of age.
Education
I have 3 years of college which entails sports medicine,kinesiology,and involved with martial arts for 10 yrs.I was in the military for total of 5 yrs with physical fitness badge for expertise. I also play semi pro ice hockey.
Bio
I reside in Bellmore, Long Island for 10yrs.I served a total of 5 yrs in the U.S.Army which made me have the utmost respect for the military.I am a firm believer that a healthy body is a healthy mind and I promise you the client with my assistance,patience and perservearance you will reach your plateau
