Personal Trainer Overview
I provide fully personalized online fitness training through the truecoach app. They can be designed for in home or at the gym with any modifications made for you personally. These programs will rotate every 4 weeks, changing to meet your fitness goals!
In person I teach self defense one on one in your home. I travel to you, where you are most comfortable. These are a per session basis and can easily be paired with fitness goals.
Training Philosophy
Training should be both fun and educational. You learn more about your body with each session or routine. Then we try to push it just a bit farther each time.
I focus more on form and technique with fitness. This makes sure that you get the stretch and squeeze you need from full range reps while also building up muscle endurance.

Bio
Instructor JP began his training in 1996 and holds a 6th degree black belt in Shotokan karate with a background of knowledge in Ju jitsu, and Kenpo. JP has also had brief training in weapon styles such as the knife and escrima.
To Instructor JP, martial arts is a way of living on a day to day basis. He refers to it as a life long journey that he will never finish. The principles and values he has learned throughout the years translate to his everyday life. While training others he enjoys explaining real life situations, even outside of combat, where these principles and values can apply.
