Personal Trainer Overview
I have owned and operated personal training studios since 2006 and have experience with clients from the ages of 7 yrs to 90 yrs old. I customize each program to the individual's needs, because one method does not fit all. Most recently I have worked in outpatient physical therapy helping to rehab patients from various injuries and chronic pains.
Training Philosophy
At the core of my training style is functional training, but how this is applied depends on the client's goals. For the majority of clients a combination of nutritional guidance, cardiovascular training, and weight training will be the key to their success. What I know to be more important than the right tools is the client's own desire to succeed - those that want it badly enough and are willing to put in more than just 2 hours of exercise each week will get results.
