After over 30 years of weight training I have found what really works... and that means no fads, no "trends", no bull! Achieving results starts with free weight. Granted, machines have their place but for real progress the primary movement is made with free weight. What you are looking for are long lasting results. The work may be hard but it will be well worth it.

Bio

I started lifting in 1984. Since then I have found what really works. On top of that I have found how a person's build and genetics come into the picture. I had trainers in the past and it turned out I was wasting my time and money on trainers without a clue. With that knowledge I will be able to focus on how your body responds, not some cookie-cutter routine off the net.
