I train people using a common physical and nutrition system that was put together with 2 decades of experience. I have over the years accrued many tests and journals of information. By me figuring out and testing my own body i can thus help out many other find out there's.

Bio

Started lifting weights at the age of 11 when my father gave me my first barbell set. After that I was hooked and I've been hooked ever since. Personal trainer at several gym chains including Powerhouse, Gold's and LA Fitness with some training for people on an individual basis in Hollywood.
